Uuuuggghhh!!! gotta do something!!!

Well all this is my first “blog” ever… here goes! :)

         I am a mother of 6 kids, married, work nights and very busy!! Trying to find the time to exercise or count every calorie that goes into my mouth can be very stressful. I am a pain eater. I explain this as: if I am in physical or emotional pain……I eat. I could be having a great day but not feeling so well…………off the wagon I go. I work 12 hour nights and get off work and pick up my 3 year old. I am so very tired that my whole body hurts……you guessed it…I eat!! then once I am feeling better I look back at what I had done and just want to kick myself!! 

     Then there is fixing supper. Believe me I would fix healthy meals every night but at the grocery store it is so much cheaper to buy the fatty foods then it is to buy the healthy food!! whats up with that? Bag of skinless chicken breast: $7.00, bag of chicken nuggets: $3.00!!  One red pepper: $2.50,  Green onion potato chips: 2 for $5.00!! Are you kidding me!!!  with  being the only one in the house trying to watch their weight it is hard to sit and eat the salad while you watch the whole family eating the yummy fatty foods!!! What is a girl to do?!!!

     So, yet again I am trying to get on that wagon, strap myself down, and dont let go!!
